If you need to make a claim:

• In the first instance, read the Policy Document and Schedule to check that you are covered.
• To register a claim and obtain a claim form please contact Intasure on 0845 111 0672 or 00 44 845 111 0672 if calling from outside the UK. Or you may write to: Claims Dept, Intasure, Phoenix House, 11 Wellesley Road, Croydon CR0 2NW
• Once you've received the claim form, please complete it remembering to include as much information as possible to help deal with your claim quickly and fairly.
