Home Emergency

As a client of HIFX Insurance Services Ltd you will have access to a domestic emergency helpline available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Available to You or Your Home occupier to arrange for assistance as a result of major loss or damage.

For example:

• Damage to the roof of Your property by storm.
• Blocked drains
• Your home becoming unsecure as a result of loss of keys or damage to your windows or doors.

Please note
The service providers will not accept responsibility if the Helpline Service fails for reasons beyond their control.

To check and improve service standards, the service provider records all calls.

You are responsible for any fees incurred by the use of the repairs arranged.

If the damage is covered by your Home Insurance then you should submit a claim form in the usual manner.
